Staff wellbeing workshops
Ninety minutes, half a day, or a full day.
The framework does not change with the format. What changes is how far into it a team can get in the time you are able to release them for. All three are delivered in person, at your venue, for up to twenty people.

Start here
The time you can release them for is the real constraint.
Most organisations decide the format backwards, starting from a budget. It is more useful to start from the diary. A ninety minute slot in a practice meeting and a protected full day are different pieces of work, and pretending otherwise is how a wellbeing session ends up feeling thin.
90 minutes
Enough to introduce the model and hand over two tools.
Half day, 4 hours
Enough to work through all five bodies and leave with a plan.
Full day, 7 hours
Enough to change how the team talks about pressure afterwards.
Choosing
Which one actually fits.
If none of these describes your situation, that is what the discovery call is for. Leah will say when a workshop is not the right answer.
Taster
Nothing like this has been run before and you need to know how the room takes it. Also the right choice when the only slot you genuinely have is an existing team meeting.
Half day
The team are visibly under strain and you want people to leave with something they will still be using in a month, not a good afternoon they remember fondly.
Full day
You are putting something in place rather than responding to a bad quarter, or the group includes the managers who set the conditions everyone else works in.
Not a workshop
One or two individuals are the concern rather than the team. That is coaching, and it is a different piece of work.
Still weighing it up?
A fifteen minute call is usually faster than another round of internal discussion. Leah will tell you which format fits the slot you actually have, or that none of them does.
Whatever the length
Four things are true of every session.
The 5 Bodies Model is the spine
Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic. Five layers, each held by the one around it, which is why strain in any single body is felt by all the others. A taster introduces it; a full day works through it.
Nothing is taught without a tool attached
Every piece of theory is followed by a practice short enough to use between patients or between meetings. If it does not fit inside a working day, it does not go in the session.
It is led by a clinician
A Registered Nurse (NMC) with over two decades in healthcare, ten of them in mental health nursing. Every technique comes with the physiology behind it rather than being offered on faith.
The examples come from your world
The framework is fixed. The language, the cases and the pressures the session is built around are not, and they are agreed before the day rather than adapted on it.
How a booking runs
Four steps, and only one of them is the session.
A fifteen minute call
What your team are carrying, what has already been tried, and what the diary realistically allows.
A written proposal
Format, timing and cost on one page, including where a smaller format would do the same job.
Tailoring, before the day
The examples, the language and the pressures the session is built around are agreed with you in advance.
The session, at your venue
Up to twenty people, in person. Everyone leaves with practices they can use that same afternoon.
What the room needs
Very little, deliberately.
SpaceA room your team can sit in comfortably, with enough floor for people to stand and move
Group sizeUp to 20. Beyond that the practice work stops being personal
EquipmentNone required. A screen is useful and not essential
WhereIn person, at your venue. Travel is agreed in the proposal
ClothingWhatever people already wear to work
Nothing to hire, nothing to install, and no prep asked of your team.

Who this is for
Two very different rooms.
The framework is the same. What changes is the language, the examples and the pressures the session is built around.
For GP practices & healthcare teams
A clinical peer in the room
- Built around rota pressure, compassion fatigue, and reset tools short enough to use between patients
- Fits a 90 minute team meeting slot, or a protected learning time day
- Suited to primary care teams, practice and reception staff, and whole clinical departments
How this works in a practice ›
For corporate & in-house wellbeing
Clinical credibility for your programme
- Delivered as a one off, a seasonal cycle, or built into an existing in-house offer
- Aimed at the outcomes a board recognises: reduced absence, lower burnout and improved retention
- Single sessions, or a rolling programme across departments
How this works in a business ›
Beyond a workshop
Three things a single session cannot do.
For one person
1:1 coaching
Six to eight weeks with an individual, which is the only format with enough time to change a habit rather than introduce one. Small groups run on the same structure.
Coaching ›
For managers
Leadership training
Aimed at the people who set the conditions rather than the whole floor, and at the leadership behaviours that raise or lower burnout in a team.
Leadership training ›
Across a year
Ongoing programmes
Seasonal cycles across departments, with a clinical lead behind an in-house offer, rather than one good afternoon in September that nobody follows up.

Not sure which format fits?
That is exactly what the call is for. Fifteen minutes about what your team are carrying and what the diary will actually allow.
